Wearsoorma Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wearsoorma, we’re committed to delivering premium clothing that embodies strength, style, and the warrior spirit. Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.


Refund Eligibility

We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or defective upon delivery.

Handmade Variations: Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor differences in placement, alignment, or color may occur from piece to piece. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only the original item price will be refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return for a damaged item, please email us at contact@wearsoorma.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or recalled.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us at contact@wearsoorma.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Exchanges

Because of the limited nature of our collections and to maintain quality control, we’re currently unable to offer exchanges for size, color, or style.

We strongly encourage you to review our Sizing Guide before placing your order. If you're unsure about your fit, feel free to reach out to us at contact@wearsoorma.com — we’re happy to help you find the best size before you order.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Sale items, gift cards, and final sale items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items with minor variations inherent to the handmade production process, as described above.

Packaging for Returns

If approved for a return, items must be securely packaged (in a box or poly mailer) to protect the product during transit. Items returned in unsatisfactory condition may not qualify for a refund.
