  • Handcrafted Nature: Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in placement, alignment, or color may occur from piece to piece. These natural differences are part of what makes each item unique and are not considered defects.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. The final cost of your order will be displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Wearsoorma reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues such as suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. If an order is canceled, you will be notified, and any payment will be refunded.

3. Shipping and Delivery:

  • Shipping times and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. While we aim to deliver orders on time, Wearsoorma is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

4. Returns and Refunds:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Items with minor variations inherent to the handmade production process are not eligible for return or exchange, as these variations do not constitute defects. Please review our Refund Policy for details.
